To qualify for this role, you bring:
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategic internal change communications.
- A proven track record in highly sensitive organizational transformations, backed by strong political sensitivity.
- Strong capabilities in aligning complex multi-stakeholder governance and driving decisive decision-making.
- Outstanding skills in content strategy, leadership communication, and executive counseling.
- Full-time availability for this interim assignment for at least 9 months.
- Ideally, experience with Dutch works councils (medezeggenschap) and trade union processes.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Contract:
- A contract with Randstad Professional for the duration of the assignment (9 months)
- Hours: 36 - 40 hours per week
- Start: as soon as possible
- Salary: max €8650,- based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience
- Location: Veldhoven (hybrid working with 3 office days per week)
