As an Interim Strategic Communications Manager, you will take on a pivotal mentor role during a large-scale global transformation. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will lead a critical communication workstream that aligns leadership, managers, and employee communities. In this high-impact interim assignment, you will partner closely with the HR Transition Office, Legal, and senior leadership to drive an integrated change communication plan. You will take full ownership of the labor-relations-sensitive communication track, translating complex organizational shifts into meaningful updates for employees. From shaping leadership cascades to refining communication strategies for internal staffing and mobility processes, your expertise will steer the narrative and maintain stability through shifting transformation milestones.

Functie-eisen

To qualify for this role, you bring:

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategic internal change communications.
  • A proven track record in highly sensitive organizational transformations, backed by strong political sensitivity.
  • Strong capabilities in aligning complex multi-stakeholder governance and driving decisive decision-making.
  • Outstanding skills in content strategy, leadership communication, and executive counseling.
  • Full-time availability for this interim assignment for at least 9 months.
  • Ideally, experience with Dutch works councils (medezeggenschap) and trade union processes.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Contract:

  • A contract with Randstad Professional for the duration of the assignment (9 months)
  • Hours: 36 - 40 hours per week
  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Salary: max €8650,- based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience
  • Location: Veldhoven (hybrid working with 3 office days per week)
