We develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the local requirements in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

As a Shopper Activation Manager for our Philips products, you will play a key role in creating a consistent and engaging brand presence along the entire customer journey - at the POS, online and offline. You will independently develop customized activation plans for various customers and channels within one or a combination of our categories (Oral Health Care, Mother & Child Care, Beauty, or Male Grooming) and manage all online and offline shopper activities that are highly relevant to our shopper target group. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Develop the Local Shopper Activation Plan (LSAP) for relevant customers and sales channels - including assortment, placement, promotion, and communication, in close alignment with Sales and Marketing. 
  • Responsible for the design, adaptation, and implementation of on- and offline POS campaigns including budget management: close collaboration with creative agencies, display manufacturers, and print partners, as well as managing the roll-out via our field/merchandising team. 
  • Optimize shelf presentation in physical and digital channels (including portfolio, price points, and promotions) in collaboration with Category Management. 
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to achieve sell-out targets and implement individual POS activities at customer level, including joint meetings and development of compelling trade stories. 
  • Act as an interface to the Western Europe organization, Shopper Marketing of the Business Group, and the local Consumer Marketing Management Team to manage cross-functional projects. 
  • Analyze and interpret relevant shopper and market data (e.g., sell-out, GfK, distribution, shelf share, flyer share) to derive data-driven actions. 

Functie-eisen

  • You bring several years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG business. 
  • Bachelor/University degree (e.g. marketing, business administration, or similar); 
  • You have strong analytical skills and are confident using Excel and common analytics tools (e.g., Advanced Analytics, QlikSense). 
  • You have a strategic, data-driven mindset, are outgoing and communicative, and can confidently interact with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • You are a team player who wants to improve things together. 
  • You have a proactive, hands-on attitude with high attention to detail. 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  • You enjoy creative thinking and have a feel for trends and target groups. 

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Period: asap - 31st oktobre 2026
  • Hours: 32 per week
  • Salary: € 4.750 - € 5.700 per month (40 uur per week)
  • Location: Eindhoven (hybrid - at least 3 days a week in the office - Monday and Thursday are mandatory, as the full team is onsite on those days. The third day is preferably Tuesday.
