In this role within our QA Advanced Therapies team in Sassenheim, you are not just a specialist; you are the driving force behind the quality of Lentivirus production – a vital component for life-saving treatments. You will lead strategic quality oversight for new product introductions and take charge of complex investigations and non-conformances. You act as an expert partner to departments such as Operations and QC, where you don’t just flag deviations but actively contribute to the continuity and safety of our processes. Functie-eisen
- You bring a solid foundation in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a sterile or aseptic manufacturing environment.
- With your background (Bachelor’s/Master’s in a scientific or business-related field) and 4 to 6 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, you know exactly how to elevate quality systems. You have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a specific QA role, making you immediately effective as a Subject Matter Expert during internal audits and inspections. As we operate in an international setting,
- you communicate fluently in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A contract for a year for 32 or 40 hours per week, with possible extension
- 8% Holiday pay
- 25 vacation days
- Travel allowance 0.21 per km upt 26 km one way
- Additional allowances for internet, phone, and a home office budget
