You are not just responsible for implementing advanced lab systems; you direct the entire process: from initial requirements analysis and budgeting to final validation and decommissioning. Functie-eisen
To be successful in this role, you possess:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven Project Management skills: Experience in leading multidisciplinary projects, defining scope, resourcing, and managing budgets.
- Equipment Expertise: Strong affinity with laboratory systems and a deep understanding of Equipment Life Cycle Management in a GMP/GxP environment.
- Technical Compliance: Knowledge of USP, GAMP, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Communication: Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Experience with software like Empower, LIMS, or KNEAT is a plus.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A contract for a year for 32 or 40 hours per week, with possible extension
- 8% Holiday pay
- 25 vacation days
- Travel allowance 0.21 per km upt 26 km one way
- Additional allowances for internet, phone, and a home office budget
