Duties: Due to ongoing organizational changes and four open vacancies within a team of eleven Product Analysts, we need short-term management capacity to ensure continuity, focus, and team stability. The team has 11 permanent positions and 1-2 external positions, all Product Analysts, with differing levels of seniority. The team works cross-functionally with other Product & Tech crafts (Engineering, Product Management and Design) within the Partner and Retailer domains of bol.
The temporary Manager Product Analytics will be responsible for:
- Supporting team setup and maturation, including helping to fill the four open roles in close collaboration with the current Manager and Recruitment.
- Managing day-to-day work prioritization and workload distribution, ensuring the team remains focused on the most impactful initiatives.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and content-driven guidance to Product Analysts. Strong analytical expertise is essential to effectively support their craft and development.
- Stakeholder and project management, maintaining alignment with key product leaders and ensuring the smooth delivery of ongoing analytical work.
- Leading and participating in hiring processes for new analysts, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

- Proven experience in analytics leadership or senior product analytics roles
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach analysts, mentor junior team members, and support craft development
- Experience with recruitment and selection of analytical roles
- Ability to quickly understand context and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Start date: as soon as possible
- End date: June 30 (possibly an option to extend until July)
- 32-24 hours is desirable, open to 3 to 4 days per week
- Office day on Monday mandatory. If working four days (32 hours), the other day can be flexibly determined
