You are the connecting force that brings stability to a team under pressure. At FrieslandCampina Professional, a world-class leader in high-value dairy and plant-based solutions, you will lead a Customer Care team of 14 professionals. The department is currently in a challenging reorganization phase, with processes being phased to Budapest. In this interim role, you will ensure the operational Order-to-Cash processes run flawlessly while acting as a people manager to motivate the team through this transition.

As the Customer Care Lead, you are the voice of the customer. You optimize the customer journey, manage KPI dashboards, and implement improvements in OTC and OTD processes. Your focus is on creating an inspiring environment that enables development and growth despite dynamic business priorities and the upcoming transition. You bridge the gap between commercial and supply chain partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Functie-eisen

You are an expert in customer care processes within the FMCG sector and carry the self-assured presence of a mentor. Your success factors for this assignment include:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in leading and coaching teams during change management trajectories.
  • In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and relevant systems such as SAP (ECC/S4HANA), Celonis, and PowerBI.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and the confidence to lead transformations across all organizational layers.

You understand the complexity of a reorganization and know how to strike the right balance between being result-oriented and showing empathy for the team.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • A salary up to €5,500 gross per month based on 40 hours.
  • An interim assignment from April 7, 2026, until January 6, 2027.
  • 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours.
