As a Business Controller at ASML, you play a crucial role at the heart of the global sales organization. You are responsible for overseeing and improving the forecasting process for high-tech system sales. This means you don’t just collect data; you critically analyze it to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You act as the vital link between local account teams in Asia, Europe, and the US, and the central finance management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into ASML's operations. You will learn how complex products are marketed and how transactions with global customers are established. You challenge local controllers on their figures, translate large amounts of data into clear management information, and advise the CFO of Sales. This is a dynamic position where you have a direct impact on the quality of decision-making within one of the most innovative companies in the world.

Functie-eisen

  • Education & Experience: You hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have 6 to 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics.
  • Technical Skills: You possess strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably have experience with SAP and BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Knowledge: You have knowledge of international accounting standards (such as IFRS 15) and an excellent command of the English language.
  • Environment: You bring experience working within complex, international environments where you advise various stakeholders at a professional level.

You are capable of influencing colleagues at various levels without direct hierarchical authority. Additionally, you are flexible, act with integrity, and always strive for continuous process improvement.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • A salary between € 5000,-, and € 6000,- gross per month based on 40 hours
  • A fixed-term contract until November 30, 2026 (40 hours per week).
  • A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can use flexibly
  • 25 vacation days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget
  • A good travel allowance; an NS-Business card or € 0.23 cents per km
  • A sabbatical scheme; up to 12 months every three years
  • Flexible holidays; the freedom to swap for other holidays
