Your focus on Kind EMEA:
- You act as the strategic partner for the portfolio team and help achieve growth targets.
- You advise on innovations, assess business cases, and optimize the allocation of advertising resources.
- You coach marketing stakeholders to increase their financial business acumen.
- You analyze the competitive and market landscape to uncover opportunities for growth.
Your focus on FP&A:
- You lead the reporting cycles and the annual planning process for the EMEA region.
- You build digital reporting tools that make data accessible and actionable anytime, anywhere.
- You work closely with the Finance Director to provide insights for the Global Leadership Team.
- You improve the reliability of forecasts and drive a value creation mindset.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary up to €5,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.
- A fixed-term contract for 40 hours per week for a period of 9 months.
- A monthly Individual Benefit Budget (IBB) of 8.76% of your salary for flexible use.
- 25 vacation days; you can choose to include five of these in your IBB budget.
