FrieslandCampina Professional is looking for a driven Route to Market Manager to safeguard our continuity and drive key initiatives during a maternity leave cover.

 

The Role

As our interim RtM Manager, you are the architect of our future logistics network. You bridge the gap between business strategy and supply chain execution, ensuring our network is customer-centric, fit-for-purpose, and future-proof.

Working closely with Commercial, Customer Supply Chain, and Logistics teams, you focus on optimizing cost-to-serve, increasing customer satisfaction, and leading transformation initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Development: Translate business strategy into a comprehensive RtM roadmap and define logistics strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Network Optimization: Design and implement logistics solutions, evaluate alternative scenarios through simulations, and drive cost and service improvements.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional logistics projects and support large-scale transformations, including system and process changes (SAP).
  • Data-Driven Excellence: Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for RtM topics, providing high-level recommendations to senior stakeholders across the organization.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive professional with a "problem-solving" mindset who thrives in a complex, international corporate environment.

  • Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Econometrics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, with a focus on network design and strategy.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in Project Management and leading change. Specific experience in Order-to-Cash (Selling-Deliver) is a significant advantage.
  • Systems: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP (specifically SAP S/4HANA) is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Fluent in both English and Dutch (required).
  • Mindset: A results-driven team player who is comfortable influencing stakeholders and navigating an international landscape.

You possess sharp problem-solving skills and are accustomed to influencing diverse stakeholders. As a team player, you know how to engage people in change, even when interests diverge. You are flexible, results-oriented, and willing to travel if necessary to maximize your impact.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

What We Offer

  • A high-impact interim position for 9 months at one of the world’s largest dairy cooperatives.
  • Hours: 32 - 38 hours per week.
  • Hybrid Working: A healthy balance with 3 days at our office in Amersfoort and 2 days from home.
  • A salary between € 5500 and € 6000 gross per month based on 38 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • A monthly Individual Choice Budget (ICB) of 8.76% of your salary for flexible use.
  • 25 vacation days, with the option to include 5 days in your ICB.
  • Full public transport reimbursement or a travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.
  • A sabbatical scheme (up to 12 months every three years).
