Functie-eisen
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in industrialization or manufacturing engineering, specifically within design and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in process validation (pMap, SPC), and direct experience co-developing industrial automated test equipment.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with software design for industrial automation and high-level programming.
- Soft Skills: A self-starting team player with excellent English communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Competenties
- As the primary representative for Product Industrialization within the PDLM cycle, you will:
- Design for Excellence (DfMAT): Collaborate with R&D to optimize new product designs for assembly, validation, and testing.
- Process Engineering: Design robust production workflows for New Product Introductions (NPI) and mitigate technical risks using pFMEA.
- Requirements & Tooling: Define technical requirements for equipment and processes. Lead the sourcing, development, and installation of automated test equipment.
- Validation & Qualification: Execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and report on PPQ runs to ensure all equipment is production-ready.
- Lifecycle Management: Support the ramp-up phase through formal handover and manage manufacturing BOMs, routing data, and design changes across global sites and suppliers.
