As a Carve-out Support Manager, you play a key role in supporting the financial and systems separation process within a carve-out project. You ensure data readiness, facilitate system integration, and deliver high-quality financial information to enable a smooth transaction at deal date.
In this role, you bridge the gap between finance, IT, and external stakeholders. You are responsible for the preparation and execution of consolidated system integration. This means your focus is on master data setup, group structure alignment, data migration, and the setup of management reporting versions.
You ensure that all financial data is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready. You thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment where you coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the physical separation of IT infrastructure aligns perfectly with financial requirements. Your contribution is vital to the success of the transaction.

To successfully fill this role, we require the following essential qualifications:
- Academic background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 15+ years of demonstrable experience in finance, consolidation, and reporting.
- Technical expertise: Proven proficiency in SAP and BPC is a must.
