As a System Engineer, you will take technical leadership in developing and enhancing market-leading Image Guided Therapy (IGT) solutions for our industry-leading client. In this pivotal role, you guide the development and lifecycle management of global medical platforms. You will translate complex clinical needs into robust system designs, ensuring critical diagnostic and therapeutic solutions perform reliably when patient care matters most. Your core responsibilities: • Lead system engineering activities for new product introductions and lifecycle management of IGT platforms. • Design, integrate, and release high-performance solutions for global hospital bases. • Translate multidisciplinary clinical requirements into system architecture and functional specifications. • Drive quality and risk management processes across medical device regulations and safety standards. • Continuous optimization and advancement of internal systems engineering methodologies.
Functie-eisen
• You hold a completed PhD degree in a relevant engineering discipline or a Master degree with systems experience.
• You have proven work experience in software development or mechatronics development.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or systems architecture within a regulated medical industry.
• You have hands-on experience in setting up and technical execution of development projects.
