As a Reliability Engineer, you will be the guardian of product excellence and patient safety. You will lead the reliability program for our medical devices, ensuring they perform flawlessly under real-world conditions. This is a cross-functional role where you sit at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and quality. You will be responsible for predicting product life cycles through advanced statistics and "torture-testing" hardware to identify weaknesses before they reach the market. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by reducing warranty claims and ensuring our life-saving technology is always ready for use.
Functie-eisen
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience: * With a Bachelor’s: Minimum of 2 years in reliability testing, software quality, or hardware development.
- With a Master’s: Entry-level candidates with a strong academic focus on reliability or statistics are welcome.
- Technical Skills: * Proven experience with RAMS strategy and Design FMEA.
- Hands-on experience with hardware stress testing, including HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools for Weibull Analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and regression modeling.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) and adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Design for Reliability (DfR) and Design for Six Sigma (DfSS).
