We are seeking an independent Interim Project Leader for a defined period of 6 months to ensure the continuity and delivery of key global initiatives within our Service Transformation portfolio. The contractor will operate independently to drive specific project milestones relating to the transformation of organizations, processes, systems, and data within our multi-billion euro services business.
Functie-eisen
- Demonstrable track record (suggested 5+ years) in managing complex, cross-functional project structures, preferably within a regulated healthcare environment.
- Proven capability in managing transformational projects within the market-to-order process domain (specifically commercial portfolio management, catalog management, and CPQ systems).
- Strong leadership capabilities to independently guide global project teams through complex organizational structures.

Competenties
- Milestone Delivery: Independently manage the design, build, and handover of strategic global services capabilities (including processes, tools, and data architectures).
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and align project tracks with Business Process Experts, the PMO, regional businesses, and supporting functions (IT development, Quality & Regulatory) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Methodology Application: Independently apply standard project management frameworks to navigate complex, multidisciplinary, and virtual team structures.
