Are you an entrepreneurial Project Manager with a passion for industrial automation? We are looking for a leader to drive multiple complex, high-stakes projects (valued between €500k and €5M) to success at our client Siemens (The Hague).

Your Challenge: You will own the financial performance, scope, and risks of your projects, using your sharp negotiation skills to capitalize on variations. As a key representative, you will build lasting customer relationships and seamlessly align internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • You are also responsible for the financial performance of the project as well as maintaining high standards in delivery and safety for our company.
  • In your role you will also ensure the quality of the deliverables towards our customers by acting as a representative both internally towards management as well as towards customers.
  • You are keen on managing the scope & risks during the project and can manage any additional variations in the project with negotiating skills to gain additional coverage from the customer.

Functie-eisen

  • WO or HBO education in a technical direction
  • At least 7 years of project management work experience in an industrial setting
  • Certification according to project management methodologies such as IPMA or PRINCE2
  • Fluently writing and speaking in both, Dutch and English languages

  • Hands-on mentality, flexible, stress-resistant, perseverance

You will receive a temporary contract at Siemens for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Salary: A competitive monthly salary based on your experience. You will always receive 100% of your salary throughout your employment via Randstad Professional.
