Within the Supplier Account Team, you take the lead in the logistics function at ASML. You coach colleagues within your functional area and independently resolve structural bottlenecks to optimize logistical processes. You collaborate closely with stakeholders in Sourcing, Procurement, and the factory to maximize performance.
- You maintain relationships with middle and senior supplier management to guarantee transparency and trust.
- You drive performance improvements within your portfolio and proactively address critical escalations.
- You coordinate material shortages, capacity planning, and supply allocation decisions.
- You identify risks in the n-tier supply chain and engineer effective mitigation actions.
- You lead cross-sector improvement projects from initiation to completion.
