In this role within the Business Insights & Control team, you operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations. You advise senior executives and steer towards achieving financial goals within the set frameworks, ensuring high-quality planning.
- You prepare and manage the long-term financial plan, global annual budget cycle, and monthly financial reviews.
- You identify, communicate, and monitor financial risks and opportunities, translating these into actionable business improvements.
- You drive continuous improvement by enhancing the efficiency and quality of financial planning processes and tools.
- You build, review, and coordinate solid financial business cases to support strategic decision-making.

You are successful when:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Economics.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in a Business Control or FP&A environment.
- You possess proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex international matrix organization.
- You have verifiable experience in preparing and coordinating financial business cases.
