Are you keen to contribute your technical expertise to a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry? As Maintenance Engineer HVAC & Utilities, you will take full ownership of the asset strategy for critical building and utility installations.
You will work at the intersection of maintenance, projects, and quality assurance within a strictly regulated GMP environment. In this role, you will drive the reliability and continuity of complex systems such as HVAC, chilled water, and air handling. You translate long-term visions into concrete preventive maintenance plans (PMPs), conduct quality investigations, and lead modification and replacement projects. In doing so, you not only ensure flawless operations today, but also directly contribute to building a future-proof infrastructure.
Functie-eisen
To be successful in this role and make an immediate impact, you bring the following background:
- A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- At least 2 to 4 years of work experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a high-tech/high-spec technical environment (preferably Pharma, Food, or Oil & Gas).
- Demonstrable domain expertise in HVAC and cooling systems, building service installations, and associated control components (such as Siemens).
- Experience with executing and managing modification projects, RCM sessions, and supplier contracts.
- Strong command of spoken and written English (knowledge of Dutch is an advantage when dealing with local suppliers).
After the initial onboarding period (approx. 6 months), you will periodically (approx. once per quarter) participate in the 24/7 on-call duty rotation to ensure the continuity of critical systems.

- A monthly project allowance 4% of your salary
