FrieslandCampina is recruiting two interim specialists (one senior/medior and one junior) to tackle a critical backlog of Procurement Orders (POs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) involving labor components.
In this position, you take complete ownership of evaluating new and existing entries within Coupa. Your mission is to categorize each request accurately: routing contingent workforce engagements directly to the Interim Desk, or validating deliverable-based service requests against strict Statement of Work (SoW) standards. You will assess complex agreements against statutory regulations, the Dutch Wet DBA, and internal FrieslandCampina policies.
Alongside operational reviews, you will play a leading role in designing and standardizing the future Way of Working (WoW). You will optimize workflows, author operational guidelines and templates, and execute a thorough knowledge transfer to the permanent internal team to guarantee long-term compliance and operational excellence.

You're the ideal Procurement Compliance Specialist if you possess the following;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, employment law, or contingent workforce compliance.
- In-depth expertise in Dutch employment legislation, external workforce regulations, and the Wet DBA.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, handling senior leadership pushback, and managing formal escalations.
- Completed HBO or WO degree.
- Available for 36 hours per week, with mandatory office presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A gross monthly salary up to €5,250.- based on 40 hours per week.
- Project duration: as soon as possible until the end of the year (36 hours per week).
- A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can flexibly utilize.
- 25 vacation days based on 40 hours per week; 5 days can be selected to be included in the IKB budget.
- A solid travel allowance; 100% public transport reimbursement or €0.23 per km.
