Join our Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) organization as a Quality Engineer and play a hands-on role in supporting our global service operations. In this entry-level position, you will help ensure that specialized toolkits used by service engineers worldwide are safe, accurate, compliant, and ready for deployment.
Your main tasks will involve conducting physical quality checks on tools arriving at or returned to the local warehouse, managing the "Perfect Material Return" process, and building Tool Reference Pictures (TRPs)—the visual guides used by teams to inspect and pack toolkits accurately. You will also write clear work instructions for handling consumable items, rapidly build proficiency in SAP to manage documentation, and collaborate with international stakeholders to keep supply chain operations running smoothly.
Functie-eisen
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial/Quality Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or quality operations (recent graduates and starters are welcome).
- Systems: Basic familiarity or willingness to quickly learn SAP (prior SAP experience is a strong plus); proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Technical Skills: Experience or interest in warehouse quality inspections, process mapping, and writing technical work instructions/SOPs.
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for daily international communication.
