As an experienced NPR Buyer Manager Benelux, you drive strategic procurement value across an annual spend of approximately €318 million. Operating from the Amsterdam HQ, you step into a pivotal position within a dynamic team of three buyers. Your manager operates internationally, which means you have full autonomy to make a tangible impact and advise stakeholders at a global level.
Your focus lies within critical categories, specifically Enterprise Services (HR, IT, Car Lease, Third-Party Labor, Benefits, Professional Services) and Marketing & Sales. With HR and IT procurement representing the largest current workload, you navigate organizational transformations, merger and integration activities, and high-stakes negotiations. You act as a strategic advisor, driving savings, supplier onboarding, benchmarking, and contract renegotiations in a multi-site environment.

Key success factors for this role:
• Minimum 3 years of indirect procurement experience is strictly required.
• Excellent command of English is a must; Dutch proficiency is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading contract negotiations and advising global executive stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Coupa, Power BI, AI tools, or M&A integration projects hold a distinct competitive advantage.
• Mandatory on-site presence at the Amsterdam HQ for a minimum of 3 days per week.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
• A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,600 based on 40 hours.
• A contract for the duration of the project, for now 6 months.
• Individual Choice Budget (IKB): 10.66% of your salary, usable flexibly on a monthly basis.
