What you will do
- Your role as a Senior AI Engineer is twofold: you will work on high-impact projects for our clients and help build the future of Randstad itself.
- Internal AI-Lab: Play a key role in expanding our own internal AI-Lab, where we experiment with the latest Google technologies to transform our own processes.
- Client Innovation: Design and build scalable AI solutions like Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG for top organizations across various sectors.
- Knowledge Flywheel: Use the hands-on Gemini-AI experience gained in our AI-Lab to advise clients on a strategic level.
- Full-cycle Development: Deploy models safely and ethically in complex cloud environments, handling everything from Proof of Concept (PoC) to MLOps.
- Stakeholder Management: Explain the why behind AI models to stakeholders at a strategic level.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for a tech specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a pioneering environment.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Professional English language skills. Understanding conversational Dutch on the shop floor is a massive advantage.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs and a strong affinity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Gemini.
- Excellent coding skills in Python and modern frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

- A gross monthly salary between €4,200 and €6,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
- A one-year contract for 36 hours a week, with the clear intention of offering a permanent contract.
