At our client's manufacturing site, you safeguard operational technology (OT) devices against vulnerabilities while improving overall workflows. You align IT security policies with shop-floor realities, managing stakeholders and validating changes across machines, PLCs, and HMIs. Your focus on quality guarantees that production standards remain high and secure.
- Lead stakeholder alignment to provide clear insights into the factory's OT infrastructure.
- Enforce security protocols, including role-based access and password protection, across shop-floor equipment.
- Execute firmware updates, software validation, and configuration changes based on security advisories.
- Author clear work instructions, document process changes, and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Resolve production issues actively through 8D problem-solving and manage escalations effectively.

You are successful if:
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Applied Physics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
• You bring at least 2 years of work experience in Manufacturing or Engineering within the high-tech industry.
• You have demonstrable hands-on experience working with Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) integrations.
• You are experienced in working with quality management systems, specifically within ISO 9001 or 13485 environments.
