In this dynamic role, you report directly to the EU Technical and Logistics Procurement Manager. You take full ownership of a regional spend of approximately €30M to €40M covering Facilities Management and designated CAPEX/equipment categories. Together with JDE Peet’s, you translate ambitious ESG commitments into actionable procurement strategies across European operational and commercial sites.
Your key responsibilities as Regional Procurement Facilities Management Buyer EU:
- Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for Facilities Management and CAPEX to deliver best-in-class cost and cash performance.
- Identify and execute total cost of ownership initiatives, establishing a sustainable, long-term productivity pipeline.
- Proactively manage strategic supplier relationships, contract execution, and risk mitigation to guarantee capacity and business continuity.
- Partner with cross-functional European stakeholders to accelerate process innovation and drive continuous procurement improvement.
- Ensure compliance with JDE Peet’s Common Grounds ESG standards, prioritizing carbon reduction and ethical supply chains.

- You have at least 5 years of relevant procurement experience with a proven track record.
- You have experience managing spend portfolios of at least €30 million within Facilities Management or CAPEX/Equipment.
- You have professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- You are willing and able to travel within Europe 20% to 30% of your time.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
This assignment is for the duration of at least 9 months.
- A salary between €5500 and €7400 gross per month based on 40 hours.
- A contract for the duration of the assignment of 40 hours per week.
- A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can deploy flexibly.
- A solid travel allowance; 100% public transport reimbursement or €0.23 per km.
- 25 vacation days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget.
