Drive quality compliance on the production floor. As a Quality Manufacturing Engineer at AMO Groningen, part of Johnson & Johnson, you resolve deviations, lead investigations, and secure manufacturing standards across operational lines.
In this on-site role in Groningen, you deliver direct quality assurance oversight across production operations. You partner closely with manufacturing engineering and operations to eliminate defects, resolve internal escalations, and embed continuous process improvements.
Your primary deliverables:
- Direct investigations into non-conformities and implement permanent CAPAs
- Guide and authorize planned process deviations following established quality guidelines
- Analyze production scrap and rejection metrics to eliminate process variation
- Detect performance trends and present actionable data to cross-functional teams
- Draft and revise standard operating procedures to secure continuous compliance
Functie-eisen
You are successful when you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (hbo) or higher in engineering, life sciences, or a related field
- Have at least 4 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering
- Bring proven work experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English
- Are available to work on-site in Groningen for 36 to 40 hours per week

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A contract for a year of 40 hours per week (with possibility tot extend)
- A monthly project allowance 4% of your salary
- 25 holiday days.
