You set and drive the tactical people agenda, ensuring it aligns perfectly with broader business goals. - Extensive knowledge of all core HR functional areas, including local labor regulations and compliance.

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A fixed-term contract with Randstad Professional for the duration of the assignment.
- Preferred start date: 7th December 2026 (duration 6 months).
- A gross monthly salary of € 7.046,- based on a 40-hour workweek
- Hours: 40 hours a week.
- Location: Veldhoven (hybrid - 3 á 4 days in the office)
- A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10,66 % of your salary that you can deploy flexibly.
- 25 holiday days; 5 days are included in the IKB budget.
- A solid travel allowance; an NS Business Card or € 0.23 per kilometer.
